Pricing and Fees

• Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated
• All prices include applicable taxes (GST)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Automatic billing applies to subscription services
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients (first program only)
• Session cancellations: 24 hours notice required for full refund
• Subscription cancellations: No refund for current billing period
• Exceptional circumstances: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis

6. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancel subscriptions anytime through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• Individual sessions require 24 hours notice
